It knows better than you what you need to order.

Every delivered drink counts against what you have available, so at the end of an event you know exactly how much you need for the next one. At empty a bottle will disappear from the menu altogether, so no-one can order what you can't pour (let's hope this never happens).

Add a bottle without typing a thing.

Take a photo of a bottle from your phone, and the model does the reading for you.

It reads the name, the size printed on the label, the ABV if it's legible, and roughly how full the bottle looks.
Nothing is saved from a guess: you see exactly what it read, and correct anything before it goes on the shelf.
Reading a bottle and adding it to the shelf are two separate steps in the code, not one — a bad read never becomes a bad shelf entry on its own.

A guest types roughly what they feel like — or nothing at all — and taps Surprise me.

Every idea comes back checked against what this bar can actually pour for that event, right then — one built on a bottle that's since run out is dropped, not offered.
A guest who has been switched to soft-only is never even offered alcohol: the model isn't shown it in the first place, and anything that slipped through would be caught and dropped anyway.
Whatever they order reaches the bar worded exactly like every other order that night, because one shared function builds that line everywhere it appears.
